During my two-night stay, I faced multiple issues. the air conditioning in my room didn't work properly despite maintenance attempts. I was misled about pool policies, being told I needed to buy a swim cap for 7 euros each, which felt excessive for a family of four. To top it off, the front desk staff provided inaccurate directions that caused us to nearly miss a scheduled event.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe King Room with Sofa Bed and City View, which was impressively spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering a diverse selection catering to all dietary needs. A highlight was the Kum Spa, where I experienced exceptional hammam and massage treatments, delivered by incredibly professional staff.

Comfortable beds, amazing service, with the staff truly going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The indoor swimming pool and excellent breakfast options really enhanced our stay when we explored the nearby shopping center.

Good location near a shopping center and a tennis center. The hotel features good mattresses, and the breakfast offers seasonal salads, which were refreshing. the lack of a wardrobe in the room was inconvenient. noisy maintenance work during the night disturbed my sleep, and the staff did not address my concerns adequately.

Fantastic spa services, and in-room breakfast was excellent. Wi-Fi could be better.

Though the initial experience was marred by an alarm issue, the staff did their best to assist. The club room on the 16th floor provided an excellent view, and the hotel’s atmosphere felt welcoming overall. The pool and gym facilities are noteworthy, even if they went unused this time.

Wow! I loved my stay here. The staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfy, which was impressive. The lounge was nice, and I enjoyed a super tasty in-room breakfast. Just a heads up, it’s a bit noisy at night due to nearby maintenance work. Still, it was a solid experience overall.
